Charges
A special introductory discount of 20% is available
to all deposit-paying customers.
As a guide, we charge £25 for the first
hour, followed by £20 for each subsequent hour.
In general a fixed cost will be agreed with you, regardless of the
amount of time. Any materials used (such as filing/storage boxes)
would be an additional fee at cost price.
A 25% deposit is required, before work can start
which will be deducted from final costs on completion. Payment is
by cash or cheque if accompanied with a banker’s card.
Advice.
Any advice is given in good faith and expressed
as an opinion.
Removal of items.
The disposal or displacement of any items is
at your discretion and requires your approval. We never remove any
items without your agreement. We can offer a shredding service to
destroy any confidential items, such as credit or debit card receipts,
bank account or other private information.
Testimonials and use of photographs.
We will always seek your permission before the
reproduction of testimonials and use of any “before and after”
photographs.
